I’m Spencer Flohr.
My mother gave me a small film camera when I was 4 years old and it became an obsession.
Capturing a moment was an incredible experience to me. The composition of a moment in time, the color that effects the feeling, the lighting that determines the drama and intrigue of the moment…everything.
In 2004, I began shooting photos for my yearbook and soon obtained my first Canon DSLR.  I shot everything - senior photos, weddings, baby photos, etc.
In 2010, I photographed my first concert.  I began shooting any show I could get a photo pass for.
In 2015 I started at my first restaurant. The owners heard that I was a photographer and asked me to shoot their menu. After they were satisfied with the results, they contracted me to photograph all the restaurants in their restaurant group. I loved it. The vibrant colors, the delicious tastes, it was all so stimulating.
Today, I am a professional culinary food + drink photographer.
I’m not interested in the most followers.
I’ve seen my share of likes & shares.
I can’t say I use a lot of “hashtags” for publicity.
I’m not very interested in fame or public notoriety. I’m more interested in developing relationships with my clients and being able to continue to create high quality work for creatives and those who have mastered their craft.

Quality is what is the goal.
God gifted me with an eye for the beautiful things in life.  My desire is to appreciate his gifts as much as possible.
